Nicholas Davis is Head of Society and Innovation and a member of the Executive Committee at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Nick leads the Forum鈥檚 work on 鈥淭he Fourth Industrial Revolution鈥�, focusing on how emerging technologies could disrupt industries, labour markets, societies and governments, and how technology can be used to empower communities to create a human-centred future. Nick also oversees a range of projects and expert groups focused on entrepreneurial ecosystems, and is responsible for the Forum鈥檚 global NGO, labour and faith communities.
 
Nicholas Davis is currently a Professor of Practice at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Previously a commercial lawyer in Australia, Director at Oxford Investment Research and the World Economic Forum鈥檚 Head of Europe, Nick is a Certified Professional Facilitator and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA) in the UK. He sits on the board of the IMP3rove European Innovation Management Academy and holds degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Sydney as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oxford. 

Vas is the 鈥渃ustomer guy鈥� at Globus, the de facto standard platform for research data management, developed and operated by the University of Chicago. He is also a lecturer in the Masters Program in Computer Science at the University, where he teaches courses on Cloud Computing and Product Management. Vas has over 30 years of experience in operational and consulting roles, spanning strategy, marketing and technology, and was instrumental in bringing many emerging technologies as products to market. Andrew Maynard is a leading expert in the socially responsible development of emerging and converging technologies.

For over twenty years he has worked closely with experts and thought leaders from around the world on the challenges and opportunities presented by technologies ranging from nanotechnology and synthetic biology to geoengineering and artificial intelligence.

Maynard is a former physicist, a professor in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society. He directs of the ASU Risk Innovation Lab, and chairs the ASU Master of Science and Technology Policy program.

He writes the blog 2020 Science, and produces the YouTube channel Risk Bites. He is widely published in the academic literature, including in leading journals such as Nature, and is internationally recognized for his work on the risks and benefits of nanotechnology.

Brad Allenby is an environmental engineer who studies industrial ecology, sustainable engineering, earth systems engineering and management, and emerging technologies. 

Allenby is a Lincoln Professor of Engineering and Ethics, and President's Professor of civil, environmental and sustainable engineering and professor of law. He is the founding director of the Center for Earth Systems Engineering and Management, and the founding chair of the Consortium for Emerging Technologies, Military Operations, and National Security. Allenby is also the co-chair of the Weaponized Narrative Initiative of the Center for the Future of War. 

He is a past president of the International Society for Industrial Ecology and a former director for Energy and Environmental Systems at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
